Refund policy
At GoGun® USA, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied—but due to the specialized nature of our products, refunds are generally not available.
However, we do understand that unique situations arise. Please review the guidelines below:
🔄 Exchanges & Refunds
• If you ordered the wrong part, you may be eligible for an exchange or refund—please contact us directly to discuss: info@gogun.us
• Any request must be submitted with proof of purchase (order number if purchased directly from Go Gun USA or receipt if purchased elsewhere) and within two weeks from date of delivery.
📦 Return Conditions
• Parts must be unused and in original packaging.
• A 30% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns in perfect condition.
• If there are nicks, marks, or damage to the finish from test-fitting, only 50% of the purchase price will be refunded.
• Used parts are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance.
⚠️ Warranty & Exceptions
• There is no warranty on the exterior finish.
• In rare or special cases, exceptions may be made at our discretion. If you believe your situation qualifies, please email us at info@gogunusa.com.
